Returns and Exchanges

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:

Items may be returned within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange ONLY. You must notify us of your intent to return via e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Goods returned to us without prior approval will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:

Follow these instructions to return any Barbiesshop.com purchases by mail.
1. Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason why.
3.Indicate the exchange you want and we will pay the costs for the shipping and the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
